Ms. Grechem - Lead Preschool Teacher (on leave)
Mrs. Grechem really enjoys being part of Faith Lutheran School. She enjoys teaching preschool children. She is fluent in Spanish and integrates the language into instruction in the classroom. Mrs. Grechem studied engineering in Mexico but her heart led her to working with young children. She gained a lot of experience working under the expertise of seasoned teachers. As her grandmother told her when she was only 10 years old, "God's timing is perfect." It was God that brought Mrs. Grechem to Faith where every day brings new learning for her and her students. Mrs. Grechem loves to lead the children in exploration and problem solving.
While in college, she met her husband, Bryan who is a U.S. Marine Veteran. She and her husband have a baby (pet) named Maya. They really like going to the beach and living the ranch life, cooking and horseback riding. Mrs. Grechem looks forward to work everyday. She loves engaging with children and parents.

Preschool Teacher
Julia (Mrs. Julie) Riharb has been working at Faith Lutheran School since March of 2025. She had been one of the EDC teachers and is now the lead preschool teacher.
She loves working with children, and she feels they have so much to teach adults! She has been a daycare provider for other daycares in Tucson and in El Paso, TX. She even owned her own daycare in Texas!
